Choosing a child care provider is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as a parent. It has to be the right fit. To help you find that fit, West Care Inc. is here to assist you with the emotional and time consuming selection process.

We conduct detailed background checks and carefully screen each candidate to choose qualified, capable, warm and loving caregivers that are sensitive to the needs of children. All of our child care providers have completed the CPR and first aid training programs.

We provide permanent and temporary live-in care: 24 hours a day, 1-7 days a week and live-out care: 3-12 hours, 1-7 days a week or whenever your specific needs require.

Positions we offer:

Nanny – a nanny provides entire care of a child or children. Nannies are concerned with the physical, emotional, intellectual and recreational needs of a child. Nannies assume the responsibilities for all childcare duties, including transportation, laundry, preparing meals and keeping childrens' environments tidy.

Mother’s Helper – a mother’s helper works with the mother and assists with a variety of duties including child care, shopping and other family errands.

Newborn Specialist – a newborn specialist’s duties include diapering, breast feeding assistance, waking up at night with the baby, sponge and tub bath, bottle sterilization and sibling interaction etc.

Babysitter – a babysitter provides care for a child or children for a few hours, on an informal basis and usually in the evening or weekends. Welcome to our temp care!
