West Care Inc. does not require any money up front to begin the searching process.

Our Placement Process consists of five steps:

In home or over-the-phone consultation to determine the client’s requirements in details; includes position description, candidate profile and salary.
Search for candidates whose qualification is the best fit for our client by conducting phone interviews, application evaluations and in person interviews.
Analyze of an applicant’s profile, their employment history and references. Scheduling in-home interview with our best candidates.
Client’s final decision and the candidate’s results of background checks.
If the both parties desire to move forward the placement agreement will be signed and a start date is established.

Please remember successful placement and good working relationship is based on two important factors:

Communication (clear care provider schedule with duties, responsibilities and household rules, etc.)
Salary and benefits adequate with the workload.
