Fees for Permanent Positions

West Care Inc. charges a one-time placement fee equal to one or two week’s employee salary depending on whether the position is full time or part time. The fee is charged at the first day of employment or within seven days of the decision to hire candidate (whichever comes first).

Suggested Salaries

• $80-$150 per day for live-in positions
• $10-$20 per hour for come-and-go positions

Background and experiences determine a care provider’s compensation level.
Clients and care providers are free to negotiate different rates through agency.
All care providers are independent contractors and not employees of the West Care Inc.

One Year Guarantee

West Care Inc offers one full year guarantee. When an unexpected situation takes place, we offer a replacement at no additional charge.
