Temporary Care

West Care Inc. offers temporary care coverage for our clients and their families. Temporary care has cared for elderly and children of all ages from infants to 12 years old. Whether you just want to go out for the evening, have special occasion like a wedding or spontaneous weekend gateway, need help out with a newborn baby or travel out of the town, we are here to help.

Our membership level includes:

Standard – perfect for the night out or special event where you will need professional coverage one or two times per year. Cost - $50 first day, reservation agency fee and $10 per day for each additional day. Extra $10 service fees apply on any jobs that are called in with less then 24 hour notice or for holidays.

Silver – perfect for the families who want professional care five times per year. Costs - $200 one time yearly fee plus 20% of care provider’s salary. No daily reservation agency fee.

Platinum – our highest level of membership and provides our clients with an opportunity to make their reservations as easy as possible twelve times during an entire year. Costs - $400 one time yearly fee plus 20% of care provider salary. No daily reservation agency fee.

The hourly rate ($12 -$15 per hour) is paid directly by the family to the care provider. Cancellation must be made to the agency with a 24-hours notice or by 5PM Friday for Saturday, Sunday or Monday to avoid payment to the care provider. For long term temp job, a one week notice is required. Failure to cancel within the prescribed time frame will result in payment to care provider of:

25% of potential earnings for temp jobs 10 days job or shorter
one week pay for temp jobs over 10 days in length
