Our caregivers help with familiar routines, meaningful engagement, personal care, safety, and respectful day-to-day assistance. When appropriate to the client’s needs and authorized plan of care, WestCare can also coordinate medication-related support, health observation, and RN/LPN nursing services—helping clients remain comfortable in the familiarity of home.

    Structured activities, familiar routines, music, conversation, and meaningful engagement designed around the client’s interests, abilities, and comfort level.

  • Calm Support During Confusion or Agitation

    Patient, individualized support during periods of confusion, anxiety, restlessness, or agitation. Caregivers use calm communication, reassurance, redirection, and familiar routines to promote comfort and reduce unnecessary stress.

  • Daily Living Assistance

    Respectful support with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, meals, mobility, toileting, and everyday routines—based on the client’s abilities, preferences, and individualized care plan.

  • Routine & Safety Support

    Consistent support with familiar routines, home safety awareness, supervision, and day-to-day reassurance. Services are designed to help reduce confusion and support comfort while respecting the client’s independence and dignity.

  • Medication & Health Support

    Medication-related support, health observation, and communication about changes in condition may be provided when appropriate to the client’s authorized plan of care. Qualified RN/LPN nursing support is available when a client’s needs require it.
