WestCare provides compassionate in-home support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions across Southern and Central Maryland. Our caregivers help with familiar routines, meaningful engagement, personal care, safety, and respectful day-to-day assistance. When appropriate to the client’s needs and authorized plan of care, WestCare can also coordinate medication-related support, health observation, and RN/LPN nursing services—helping clients remain comfortable in the familiarity of home.

Respectful support with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, meals, mobility, toileting, and everyday routines—based on the client’s abilities, preferences, and individualized care plan.

Consistent support with familiar routines, home safety awareness, supervision, and day-to-day reassurance. Services are designed to help reduce confusion and support comfort while respecting the client’s independence and dignity.
